PDFToolWorks is built to be usable by everyone, including keyboard-only and screen reader users.
What we commit to
- Every tool control is reachable and operable with the keyboard.
- Status and progress messages are announced to screen readers via live regions.
- Color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA on all text and controls.
- Uploaded file lists are readable and manageable without a mouse, including reordering and removal.
- Errors are described in words, not only by color or icons.
Known limits, stated honestly
Page thumbnails and drag-and-drop positioning are visual aids; the same operations are always available through buttons and keyboard controls. Very old browsers are not supported.
